Red White and Blooming

Hello Linnie Blooms Friends!
Donna K here to share with you my "Red White and Blooming

I love using the long blank canvases to create small home decor items.
I cut the 5"X11" piece in half to created the base for this piece.
Sprayed it with some
and that is the base for my project.
You'll also find that wonderful chevron burlap piece in the
I have incorporated a sweet stamped sentiment, some bling, buttons and stickers.
The adorable Melissa Frances hanger I use to display my piece is found HERE.
Thanks for peeking in today...be sure to share your project on the
Linnie Blooms Facebook page for your chance at being the pick of the week!
'til next time.

Every little thing....

.....you do matters so much....
quote from Brave Girls Club...
As this is my last post as a design team member for Linnie Blooms...I wanted to spotlight the wonderful community of Brave Girls Club......I do not know if I will ever make it to one of their awesome camps {...dream....}, but I totally BEEEEEEEElieve in their concept!

Using a Linnie Blooms canvas blank...flowers...& leaves, I have colored with spray inks {heidi swapp...yum!} and Faber Castel gelatos {oh my goodness....cannot get enough of these!!}..layered it all together...some fun pompoms from my stash...oh and  snotexture applied thru PUNCHINELLA{yes...I am addicted to this}
Topped off with a Melissa Frances hanger I received in my Linnie Blooms rep kit.

It's been an experience...I will never forget!

Flourish Pockets Day 2

Hello, Scrap It Girl Kimberly here to share with you my Pocket full of Business cards.  Each day this week a few of our designers will be sharing with you, what they do with the new Flourish Pockets.  Yesterday Linda showed you her pocket... check back tomorrow to see what our another designer does with her pocket.  Here is my Flourish Pocket.

I started off using True Pink & Wild Raspberry Scribbles 3D Fabric
Paints to cover my front and back of the pocket.  I used a Heidi Swapp
Stencil in between the two pinks for the texture.  I used blue Tulip
Soft Fabric Paint for the top portion of my pocket & painted my ribbon
the same blue to match.
I added a pink Pink Paislee button for an embellishment, some
Melissa Frances Tulle Trim and a Melissa Frances Hanger to finish off
the look.. I love my pocket!

What would you do if you had this pocket?  So many cute ideas.. gift card holder, love notes, receipts, cover of a mini album, and so many more.  I will be working on another pocket soon!
Thank for looking, Scrap It Girl, Kimberly!
